Clare became an immigration lawyer after going through a nightmare-ish green card case with her husband, and she founded Corado Immigration Law to help other couples through the process. She is the author of The Green Card Guidebook: What you must know if you are falling hopelessly in love with a foreigner.

She appears regularly as an immigration expert on Telemundo, and has been hired by the Government of Mexico to represent cases on its behalf. She has lobbied Congress for immigration reform with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and her work has been published in Legal Ink Magazine and Al Dia En America Newspaper.

Clare is a sought-after instructor of immigration law courses for other attorneys nationwide, and also speaks frequently to community and professional groups. She has been featured on Small Law Firm Radio Hour.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Clare was a health worker in the Peace Corps and a professional translator. She has traveled extensively in Latin America and speaks fluent Spanish.

Megan has a passion for helping couples through the marriage immigration process, as well as helping victims of violence with their U Visa, VAWA, and Asylum applications.  She speaks fluent Spanish. Megan's article, In Search of Refuge: The United States’ Domestic and International Obligations to Protect Unaccompanied Immigrant Children, was recently published in the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review.

Marcial is originally from Guatemala and is now a proud U.S. Citizen. He is always happy to help out clients and members of the immigrant community however he can. Marcial plays multiple roles at the firm, some of which we didn't even know we needed until he graciously volunteered to fill them.

Marcial is the founder and President of the Asociacion de Guatemaltecos en Indiana, and has served as an interpreter for several medical mission trips to Guatemala. He has the world's best guacamole recipe, and is proud to have once won a prize on the show Sabado Gigante on Univision.
