Family Immigration

Bring Your Family Together in the United States

Often times, multi-national couples will have family members that they wish to bring to the United States to live with them. Whether it's children or parents, in many cases it is possible to help your foreign family get their green cards.

A K-2 Visa is for the children of an immigrant who is engaged to a U.S. citizen and who is applying for a K-1 Visa.

The K-4 Visa is an option for the children of an immigrant who has married a U.S. citizen and who is applying for a K-3 Visa or consular processing.

American citizens can also usually apply for stepchildren through consular processing. And once the immigrant spouse eventually becomes a U.S. citizen as well, they can bring their parents to live here with green cards as well.
